What This Is

You carry the burdens of pastors and churches. But who carries your burdens?

You've seen behind the curtain. The politics, the dysfunction, the things they don't talk about in seminary. It wears on you. You still love the Church. You still believe in the work. But some days it's heavy, and there's no one safe to say that to.

We get it because we live it. Same weight, same questions, same fight to keep our hearts soft in work that can make them hard. What we do matters, but it can be isolating. It's better together.

What This Isn't

You've been in enough rooms to know the difference. The masterminds that are really sales funnels. The “communities” that are really networking events. The groups where everyone's performing and nobody's honest.

This isn't that. No agenda. No angle. No one here is trying to build a platform or land a client.

This is people who pray with you, sit with you in the hard stuff, and pick up the phone because they actually care. People who are for you. Not for what you can do for them.

Just people who get it, walking together.

What It Looks Like

Group

A small group of peers who carry similar responsibilities and similar weight. They've sat with pastors through their hardest moments. They understand what this work costs. And like you, they're determined to do it without mortgaging their family or their faith.

Gathering

Three times a year, we spend 24 hours together. We share a meal and engage in guided conversations. Not about our work, but about our souls. Our own spiritual health. Our passion for Jesus. Finding our identity in Him, not in what we do.

Guide

Each group has a sage. Someone further down the road who has done this work. At their core, they are a shepherd. They guide the gatherings, walk with you in between, pray for you, challenge you, and point the way forward.

Guild

The gatherings are the anchor, but the real work happens in between. This group becomes your people. The ones who know what's going on in your life, who you can call when things get hard, who are praying for you without being asked. This isn't a program. It's a commitment to each other.

Apply

Every group is carefully matched. We knit together people carrying similar burdens in similar spaces. We only launch a few groups a year, so while we may not have the right fit for you yet, chances are we will soon.
